I currently farm my plants in high humidity watertight containers. I use Miracle Gro soil and perlite for the substrate, Osmocote pellets, and KNO₃, KH₂PO₄, CaSO₄, MgSO₄, and CSM+B diluted in water to fertilize the plants.

Various fertilizer dosages can work for your aquarium, depending on plant density, bioload, light intensity, and CO2 concentrations, but these concentrations have worked in the past for me personally:
GH: 9-10 dGH (50 ppm Ca, 13.9 ppm Mg remineralizer recipe)
NO₃^-: 0-5 ppm/week
PO₄^3-: 2-3 ppm/week
K⁺: 10-15 ppm/week
CSM+B: 0.15 - 0.2 ppm Fe/week
