DOA POLICY
Our policy applies to Express and FedEx customers ONLY. If you ordered tropical fish through our USPS Priority service, please understand that we do not guarantee ANY fish or shipping charges that apply to this service due to the lack of unpredictability of the USPO. FedEx/Overnight customers; Please photograph and date upon arrival of shipment (with our original bag ties, both bags unsealed, and other packaging in place). Customer will pay the re-shipment price for the replacement fish only under certain circumstances. Replacement of DOA fish are free of charge that fall under this policy, and will be reshipped upon photo verification. NOTE: Heat-packs are already included into the shipment price and used by the shipper's digression in the winter time ONLY. If you would prefer to have a Heat Pack included regardless of season or, in case of local up-coming inclement weather, please request one and notify us ASAP upon payment or before shipment reaches the shipping facility.
