Policy
Dead On Arrival Policy: If customer received DOA within 2 hours after first attempt delivered, take a clear photo of the DOA in unopened bag. We don't offer refund but we will ship new one for replacement on DOA based on our current inventory. If we don't have replacement, we can offer different choice of plants or we can refund your money excluded shipping cost. If you buy an item pay for it if you dont pay or try to figure things out i will leave negative feedback. I will work with people and i am understand. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
