Policy
All of our shipments of fish of same day or next day arrival are alive arrival guaranteed, barring any mishaps or delays due to the shipping service. In the rare event of a DOA, we must be notified within two hours of the arrival of the fish with a picture of the fish in the unopened bag. Only the cost of the fish will be refunded. We do not refund the cost of shipping. Any shipments that are outside of same day or next day arrival do not apply to the live arrival guarantee.
