Live Arrival Guarantee and Acclimation
Hi fellow Aquabidders, Thanks for checking out my Just Me page and my auctions.All of my auctions comes with a Live Arrival Guarantee including shipping cost.What I expect of the receiver of the auction is to be there to accept delivery as soon as possible and call or email me after you get them in your tank so I know they are well.In the rare case of a DOA please send a digital pic of the fish in the unopened bag within the day of delivery.I ship all of the fish with ammonia binder in the shipping water and pure O2.When you first receive the animals Do NOT Float the bag in your tank.The best method is to transfer them to a pale with about 50% of the shipping water.Then add a 1/2cup every 5 minutes till you double the volume of the water in the pale.Most fish species can be added at this time and discard the shipping water.Sensitive species such as Cyrichromis,Paracyprichromis,Cyathopharynx and A.calvus should have more time to acclimate.When the volume of water is doubled in the pale the first time then discard 1/2 the water and repeat the cup process again one more time.Also a drip method with a airline hose works as well.All I ask now is to Enjoy your New Fish!!
