I guarantee live delivery minus the shipping costs. Send picture of dead fish within two hours of receiving shipment and I will issue refund for the dead fish. Your paypal invoice will have the cost of each fish plus the shipping charges, even if the shipping is included in the total price of the auction.
Shipping/Refund Policy for Large Angels or Proven Pairs
Large Angels or Proven Pairs must be shipped overnight. For fish DOA, contact me within two hours of delivery with a picture of the dead fish(s). I will refund the price of the fish(s) minus the cost of shipping and handling.
