SHIPPING POLICY (READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING!!!!)
Every fish auction has two shipping options. Priority shipping and Express shipping. BOTH shipping options come with live arrival guarantee with conditions. Live arrival guarantee is for all fish delivered within THREE DAYS. Express is guaranteed by the post office to be less than three days. PRIORITY IS NOT!! They advertise 2-3 day shipping but it is not guaranteed and could take up to 12 days to receive your order. You need to consider that when choosing your shipping option. I can not guarantee live fish that the post office has delayed for whatever reason. You must also take possesion of your fish on the first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is void. When purchasing live product someone needs to be home to receive them. Fish are not made to sit on hot or cold porches all day. If you receive your fish within the 3 days, and on the first delivery attempt and you have a DOA, please take two photos of the fish in it's unopened bag and email me ASAP. You dont have to stop right then and do it, but within a couple of hours of receiving the fish you should be emailing me with the photos. You will either be shipped a replacement fish, or your money will be returned for that fish. Shipping cost is nonrefundable, and if replacement fish is sent, buyer will have to pay the additional shipping cost. Understand before bidding that when you purchase an auction, your order is top priority and we want to get your order to you as fast as possible. Shipping days are MONDAY and TUESDAY ONLY, and your order will be shipped on the next one of those days after payment is received. There are certain times of the year, in the winter and summer months, when shipping can be delayed. We do NOT ship on days that it is cold enough or hot enough to endanger the lives of the fish. We want you to have your fish as soon as possible, but they are of no use to you dead, and on extremely hot or cold days shipping will be delayed until more favorable weather is forecast.
