Seller will honor the Live Arrival Guarantee only on Overnight shipments that are delivered by the carrier on first attempt and on time without any delays. Package must be received by the buyer in person. Signature will be required by all shipments. Replacement or Refund of fishes are at the seller�s discretion. There are No refunds on shipping costs, packing supplies, box fees, or delivery time guarantees. Understand that there is NO insurance provided on Live Animal shipments for lost or damaged packages or DOA from any of the shipping service providers. All shipping will be on Monday or Tuesday for USPS Priority service. Overnight shipping can be arranged as needed. There is a $10 box and supplies fee added to each shipment. Please direct all questions to cichlid_baby@hotmail.com prior to placing your bids.
