JustMe Page For: Chromes03Hello and Welcome, Please take note of my DOA Policy. 1) For USPS Priority 2-3 days, there will be NO live arrival guarantee. However, in most of my auctions I will always include extras for DOA's. The cost of shipping will be listed in the auction. 2) For USPS Overnight Express, there will be live arrival guarantee on the 1st attempt only. You must be present to sign for your package, otherwise guaranteed is voided. In any case of DOA�s with Express Shipping ONLY.. I will either (MY CHOICE) A) resend the number of DOA(s) excluding shipping cost. You will be responsible to pay for shipping cost for redelivery. B) Give you a Full 100% Refund for each DOA(s) EXCLUDING any extras and shipping cost. DOA Policy #2 for Express Shipping, I will need a digital picture of the unopened bag clearly showing the DOA within 3 hours after you receive your package. I will check the USPS delivered time. (For example, USPS website shows the package was delivered at 1: 00pm. You have until 4:00pm to send the DOA picture to my email address.) Anything after the guarantee will be voided. My shrimps will be shipped in Gordon Breather Bags or oxygen filled bags w/ some plant for them to hang on. They will be placed inside an insulted USPS box lined w/ Styrofoam or box with newspaper depending on the weather. Heat/Cold packs are used as needed at no extra charge. I can ship on Monday, Tuesday,or Wednesday. Please make sure someone is available at home for your delivery. I can also make arrangements to ship to your work if you would like. I�d rather not let the package sit outside in the hot or cold weather. I am not responsible for any postal carrier delays.
