IF you choose to use a different catagory then you must include an additional $5. All payments or notice of payment sent in the mail must be made within 48 hours of auctions end OR you will get negitive feedback and will be blocked from bidding on any of my future auctions Shipping: we only ship mondays or tuesdays we ship using USPS only. Your choices are flat rate boxes or express. I will do my best to list witnin the auction what one it will be, if not mentioned please ask before auctions end! You can upgrade from flat rate to express if you want just let me know! Costs are as follows: Medium flat rate is $17, large flat rate is $22, Express is $45(or more depending on your location)this includes delivery conformation. Packaging: We insulate the box, wrap in newspaper, paper towel and peanuts. Plus use 72 hours heat packs. we also double bag the fish and fill with pure oxygen. we do our best to insure nothing will happen to the fish durning shipment.(I even write Live fish keep warm all over the box) Refunds: well basically since we have no control over what happens to the package once it has left our hands there are NO quarentee's!!! Not even on express ship. Sorry but there are to many what if's once they have left our hands! However with express overnight shipping IF something were to have happened feel free to send me pics of the dead fish in the unopened package and then on some papertowel once removed WITHIN 1 hour of 1st attempt at delivery. I will then at that time take into consideration some sort of possible partial refund, but no promises. Pics of fish at auction: Please contact me for more and even to see some videos. And PLEASE ask any questions you may have before bidding and auctions end!!! Feedback as a seller: I do not leave feedback first as a seller. If you have any concerns about how the transaction has gone please email me and try to work things out before leaving negitive feedback. Feedback as a buyer: I wait to make sure the fish I got are healthy and that they are what I was told they are(for example a breeding pair - I wait for a spawn). It may take awhile but I have been burnt before leaving positive feedback I shouldn't have. I WILL contact the seller with any issues and let you know if I do not plan on leaving positive feedback. |
