SHIPPING POLICIES
We ship USPS, and UPS. We recommend shipping next day, but we will ship 2 day. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee live arrival on any 2 day shipments. We do guarantee live arrival on all next day shipments as long as they are accepted on the first delivery attempt and you provide an emailed photo of any DOA still in the original shipping bag within 2 hours of delivery. We guarantee only the price of the fish. We cannot guarantee any of the shipping costs. We do not charge for boxes, but if a heat pack is necessary they are $1.00 each and a large box will need two heat packs. Small boxes will take one heat pack. We prefer PayPal for payment but will accept a cashiers check or postal money order. Sorry but we cannot accept personal checks. Also never send cash to pay for an auction.
