Hi. My name is Julie and I have a fish-keeping addiction. :-) Seriously, I have been a hobbyist since I was a tiny tot -- longer than I care to admit. I love all kinds of fish and live plants, too. I have played with a lot of different types of cichlids, especially the dwarf ones, plus killies, Anabantids, rainbowfish, livebearers, oddball fish, plants, etc. I spent many years working in the retail and wholesale aquarium trade, and studied zoology in college. Terms and other info...
I ship on Mondays -- Tuesdays if a holiday gets in the way. I use Priority Flat rate from USPS, unless other arrangements are made. I ask that all auctions won are paid for within 24 hours of the auction's close. If they are not paid for, and if arrangements have not been made with me to delay payment in advance of this time, I consider the auction voided by the buyer, and will re-post the item. I pay in a timely manner for my purchases, and I expect the same consideration from those who buy from me. With all of my auctions, unless specified, I will combine the items to save the buyer on shipping costs. If a buyer ever has any questions, I do my best to answer them as completely as possible. I do not have a live arrival guarantee on items, except for this: If it is my fault, I will do my best to fix it. If it is the fault of someone else (post office, buyer, etc), I cannot guarantee it. Once the package leaves my hands, things are out of my control. I prepare and package fish to the best of my ability, and I have a good record of success getting fish out to people in good shape. I am always happy to answer questions and give help on any item I sell, even well after the buyer has received it. I am a hobbyist first and foremost, so helping others to be successful is always important to me. :)
