Hello and Welcome to BluePlanetAquatics. My name is Madeline and I am the head operator/owner of BluePlanet. I breed many types of fish including live-bearers, rams and killis, but mostly specialize in guppies. All my fish are of the best quality available and my breeding programs are closely supervised. When you win one of my auctions you can be assured that I will send the best quality stock that I have and if any problems arise we will do our very best to solve them for you.

Our policies:
SHIPPING: I ship USPS Priority and Express; Priority is $15.00 and Express is $35.00. During colder months I encourage Express shipping, but the choice is yours. I ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays, but if you prefer another shipping day please contact me and I will do my best to work with you. DOA'S: I offer DOA replacement/refund on all my shipments EXCEPT when priority is chosen during winter months. During winter you choose priority at your own risk. In the event of a DOA I require a clear picture in the unopened bag to be emailed to me within four hours of the FIRST delivery attempt. I can not be responsible for DOA's if you are not there to receive your package on the first delivery attempt. I will refund DOA's, however I can't refund shipping and do not refund any extra fish. I will replace fish, but buyer is responsible for shipping cost. PACKAGING: All fish are packaged carefully with insulation, heat packs and Styrofoam, which is included in the shipping price. Additional heat packs can be purchased at $2.00 each. I don't ship in breather bags because I have had bad luck with these not holding up well in the past, but instead I package in 2-3 mil plastic bags and I haven't had a problem with fish shipping in these before. PAYMENT: I accept PayPal and cashiers checks only. I prefer PayPal, however if you wish to use a cashiers check that's fine. Just please be aware it will take longer for your payment to clear and package to ship. Thank you for your interest in us and I look forward to earning your business!
