Shipping Policy with Arrive Alive Guarantee
Shipping by Priority Mail will be $15 and by Express Mail for $45. Arrive Alive Guarantee only with Express Mail shipping and shipment must be received on the first delivery attempt. If there is a DOA, then you must send a clear picture of the pleco in the unopened shipping bag within one hour of the delivery. Refund will only be for the paid amount for the pleco. There will be no refund of the shipping cost.
