Items Offered On Aquabid Transactions: All transactions must be made within 3 days of auction closing. Incomplete transactions will be nullified, and bidder will be banned from all future items offered for sale. Live Arrival Guaranty: Live Arrival Guaranty as warranted: ***fish must be picked up/received at designated time. ***guaranty covers cost of fish only. D.O.A. (dead on arrival) due carrier fault can be claimed/filed with shipping company (i.e. late arrival, mishandling, damaged package, etc.). D.O.A claims: Failure to provide the following may nullify Live Arrival Guaranty If there is a fish D.O.A.: ***D.O.A. claim must be filed within one hour of receiving. ***note time of arrival ***note condition of box; damages, etc. ***take a photo of the fish still in the unopened bag. Photo of D.O.A. must be submitted within 24 hours of filed claim. |
