Merchandise Return Policy
All merchandise may be returned, but will be processed a 15% restocking fee from the amount refunded if other merchandise of greater or equal value is purchased. Life Fish Guarantee Our fish are given the best care and we guarantee live arrival. All fish are properly fed with excellent water quality supplemented with vitamins. To receive a guarantee you must be there when the package arrives or in two hours the guarantee is void. If your fish arrive Dead On Arrival (DOA) email, fax or call me immediately that day it arrives or it voids your guarantee. Keep all DOA's until further notice because I require DOA's to be sent back. The refund amount is valued to the price of the fish, excluding shipping.
