Terms of Service & Shipping
I ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of next week. Livestock shipment depends on the weather and conditions. If it's too hot or cold in both departure and arrival, shipment delayed for better weather conditions. USPS Priority Express shipping only. It starts at $26 and is calculated by weight & location. Orders must be canceled before shipment. Any cancellation during or after shipping will be voided. Non paid orders will not be ship. Live-guarantee/DOA: Please take pictures of dead fish within 48 hours of receiving the package. DOAs are nonrefundable. Live guarantee only with Express shipping. Buyers will be issued a 50% discount on new livestock & shipping fee as compensation for any DOAs.
