Hello and welcome...
I am a craftsman by trade and in my spare time I sculpt these caves n' structures by hand as my past-time hobby and art. I currently have over 200 sales at a well known auctions site, where I am known as 'shansqualitygoods' with 100% positive feedback, so rest assured you'll receive the same principals and customer service here, just as you would there or in person as far as that goes. You would be lucky to find anything like these ornaments in a petstore and if you did, you could expect to pay 2-3 times as much than you would here. What happens upon winning an item?
First off, I check my email everyday and ship out 6 days a week. The purchasing procedure here is really quite simple. Upon winning your final auction, I will send an invoice straight from my Paypal account, with instructions on all available forms of payment, to your email address I'll be provided with at the time of winning and you will likewise receive my email address. Aquabid collects their final sale fee from me at the time of auction close. I also explain the process in the actual listing, so it's always right there for your reference.
