These guidlines are general in nature, I pretty much take every case on an individual basis, but these policy's will hold true unless otherwise stated. Shipping-Fish will be shipped the best way possible. Fish will be packed with O2, bag buddies, amquel. Shipped in standard Florida fish box, all insulation and heat packs as needed in colder months. Fish are usually packed one fish per bag in 8x20 3mil triple bagged. Of course same day airport to airport is always preferred. Other forms of shipping are used too. General rates. North West Airlines(preferred):$65=same day. Can ship collect so you know the exact cost. DHL:usually about $55 to $75, They will bill you in a week or two=next day. USPS express:$43(or less), usually next day. USPS priority:$20 flat. NO LIVE ARRIVE GUARANTEE WITH PRIORITY, I WILL PACK TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY, BUT BUYER ASSUMES RISK, Two or 3 days. LIVE ARRIVE GUARANTEE!! All fish guaranteed live arrival by any overnight, or airport to airport unless I tell you otherwise, some exceptions will occur. DOA: To verify DOA and get replacement fish, a picture(digital preferred)of fish in bag and out of bag must be submitted within two hrs of arrival. Replacement guarantee does not include shipping, and may just be refund of purchase price. In some cases I will pay to reship, but it is not implied that I will, it is case by case. You or your agent must accept fish on 1st delivery attempt, or in case of airport pick up, pick up fish within 2 hrs of arrival to airport.
