Hello and thank you for taking a look here. I am a small time hobby breeder based out of the state of Wisconsin. I keep a range of mostly fairly common fish at this point but am branching out all the time. Right now my in home tanks focus on mbuna cichlids and guppies, as well as snails. My day job is in customer service and will do everything in my power to be as upfront and honest as possible as well as make right any failings on my part, all I ask in return is that you give me a chance to do so.
Shipping
Anything I ship will go out on either Monday or Tuesday or wait until the following week, weather permitting. I will check local weather to determine need of any hot or cool packs. This is where communication comes in - You, as the buyer will know your area better than I do. If you are worried about temperatures it must be communicated to me at least a day before shipping so I can adjust accordingly. I am willing to hold fish up to one week if weather is a concern. I prefer to ship via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate but can arrange another carrier or faster service upon request. In the event of DOA I do ask for a minimum of two (2) pictures of the fish in question still in the bag within two (2) hours of delivery. I will ship replacements at my own cost if I have replacements available or I will refund purchase price if that's not an option. Please verify your paypal address is correct before finalizing payment. Any corrections to shipping address need to be to me within 12 hours of payment. I am not responsible for packages shipped to a wrong address if no correction was sent prior to shipping.
