SHIPPING
(fish/invertebrates) is Monday or Tuesday only. It's important for me that fish/invertebrates show up in good condition in your place, so I might postpone your shipping if the weather is extreme and there might be some delays. I simply care about my (now your) fish and also your money. In the event of a DOA, please email me at least 2 clear digital photos (per unopened bag) containing the DOA. Please take this pictures within 1 hour of confirmed delivery. I will then either refund, replace, or issue a credit towards a future purchase - depending on availability.
