Live Arrival Guarantee
Policy: Live Arrival/DOA Policy: (DOA=Dead On Arrival) We guarantee LIVE arrival on all ON-TIME deliveries. Live arrival guarantee does NOT apply to shipments delayed by carrier, weather or otherwise. If you miss the carrier�s first delivery attempt, or the package is left outside in extreme heat or cold, the live arrival guarantee is void. It is your responsibility to be available when the carrier attempts delivery. Shipping charges are not covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee and are non-refundable, no exceptions. Guaranteed livestock determined to have arrived DOA, will be credited or replaced. Shipping charges for DOA replacements is the responsibility of the buyer. At least three (3) clear photographs of DOA livestock in the unopened original shipping bag, with at least one (1) next to the shipping label, is required to receive credit. One photo must also clearly show the entire bag with the DOA livestock still inside. Photos must be received by TM Aquatics within one hour of package delivery. Email pictures to 550Aquatics@gmail.com. Additional photos or video may be requested at the sellers discretion. Failure to provide additional photos, if requested, voids the live arrival guarantee. Late photographs or those depicting fish outside of the shipping bag (e.g. in a bucket or tank; out of water) are not acceptable documentation and will not result in credit/refund. Opening the shipping bag(s) terminates the live arrival guarantee, and indicates that the livestock was in acceptable condition on arrival. Due to different waters, tank conditions, and levels of knowledge/care, I do not guarantee beyond live arrival. Additional Store Policy We reserve the right to postpone shipping due to unfavorable weather conditions. Sales within the continental 48 US states only; excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. International orders are not allowed. If an order is cancelled prior to shipping, any and all fees collected by Stripe and Get Gills, will be deducted from the total refund amount. Buyer is responsible for knowing local and state laws. Buyer is fully responsible for any and all penalties associated with prohibited species ordered and shipped to buyers address.
