Terms of Service/payment
Shipping Payment for livestock must be made before shipping. Non-paid orders will not be shipped. I quarantine fish over the weekend and ship Monday to Wednesday of next week. I offer three types of shipping: flat rate USPS 1-3 Priority, USPS Priority Express, & UPS Next Day Air. Priority Flat rate is $16. Priority Express Shipping price starts at $50. UPS Next/Second Day Air price is $45. Buyers will receive shipping price quote before the final invoice is sent via PayPal. Invoice must be paid via either PayPal (388aqautics@protonmail.com), Venmo (Benjamin-Pounciecarr) or Cash App (203-360-9961). Local pick up is available for Connecticut residents. Live-guarantee/DOA Live-guarantee only issued for USPS Priority Express & UPS Next Day Air buyers only. Please take pictures of dead fish within 48 hours upon receiving the package. DOAs are nonrefundable. All buyers will be issued 100% discount on shipping as compensation and free fish will be sent at my own expense.
