My feedback rating is wrong? Can you fix it?

I get emails all the time like this:

"My overall feedback rating says 41/44. It should be 42/44. If you look at the feedback summary I have 42 positive, 1 negative, and 1 neutral. Can you fix this?"

Please remember
Positives are +1
Neutrals are 0
Negatives are -1

So in this case, their feedback rating breaks down as follows

42 x +1 = 42
1 x 0 = 0
1 x -1 = -1
Total = 41
