They're Still Growing !!!
My tanks are still explofing and that means I have a lot of surplus plants to offer you! I'm not trying to make a living off this stuff, I just don't want to throw away all these perfectly healthy plants when I know you folks would appreciate them.
So, this auction is for a nice variety of several sized sprigs of Java Fern (Microsorum pteropus) perfect for attaching to large driftwood or rocks. It's definitely one of the easiest plants to grow and will do well in nearly any lighting. It does best growing on hardscape rather than in the gravel so don't plant it in the substrate. Instead, tie or pinch the rhizome to rocks, driftwood, etc. The roots will attach themselves firmly and it will grow leaves down the length of the hardscape. You can also leave them floating until the rhizome grows large enough to sink it. The photo above is a great example of the hardscape design you can do with these plants like no others. The photo below is an example of the plants you'll actually receive. All my plants are snail free as well!
I ship most plants moistened with butcher paper but without standing water so they may be a bit compressed at first but will spread back out in just a day or so once they're immersed again. I only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays so I can be sure they arrive without spending a weekend in transit. Shipping is $3.99 and includes a tracking number. I have several plants listed and I'm happy to combine shipping!
Thanks for looking!
