This auction is for a Mother amazon sword plant. Check out the picture, this plants is HUGE I do sell smaller amazon swords so check out my ebay store if this is too big for your tank. These are the plants we growers use to propagate amazon swords and they need a lot of time and care to get this big, you don't find these on petshops.� This is a nice plant for a big aquarium. IF you keep discus or angel fish they will love it cause this plant is native from the same environment where these fish are from. Many egg lying fish use the big leafs of the amazon sword as a place to place their eggs.� Look at the pictures bellow� � � �

AMAZON SWORD DESCRIPTION

The Amazon Sword Plant, Echinodorus amazonicus, is a Rosette plant that is very popular with aquarium hobbyists. They are capable of reaching approximately 20 inches in height under proper water conditions. The Amazon Sword Plant has short rhizomes, numerous lance shaped leaves that are pale to dark green with sharply pointed tips, and fairly short stems. It is an amphibious plant that will grow either partially or fully submersed this makes it a nice plant for paludariums. Amazon Sword Plants benefit from a loose substrate an iron-rich fertilizer can be used but it is not a must. The Amazon Sword Plant requires at least 2 watts per gallon. The aquarium temperature should be from 72�-82�F. Propagation is by adventitious plants on the covered peduncles. Best cultivated in large aquariums, Amazon Sword Plants make a great focal point if used singly. When used in groups, they create an interesting background when grown with other aquarium plants.

I ship Monday to Tuesday in order to avoid the weekend since usps does not deliver to many locations during the weekend and the plants spend 2 extra days deteriorating in the box to be delivered on Monday. RETURNS:� Return are only accepted for plants that are not as described. DEAD ON ARRIVAL OR DAMAGED PLANTS OR BOXES:� Plants tend to suffer when on shipping. It is normal for them to lose some leaves, get a lighter or darker color or even to smell bad and look mushy. Remember that the plants have spent 3 -5 days inside a box with no water sunlight or proper air. They will recover their normal color and grow once on your tank. IF YOU RECEIVE EXTREMELY DAMAGED PLANTS, FROZEN PLANTS OR A BOX THAT HAS BEEN BROKEN OR DAMAGE IN ANY WAY PLEASE TAKE PICTURES. The only way to prove that your plants arrived dead or in very bad shape is taking a picture and sending the picture to us to rolando3ccc@yahoo.es. After the delivery of the box you have 48 hours to send a picture of the dead plants. I will refund or replace the damaged plants.�
