6 Floating Parrot Feather Stems Available 6 floating parrot feather stem plants for outdoor pond. Grow is still water. Does not grow well in moving water, such as in a fountain or near a waterfall. Each plant stem is about 10"-12" inches long. Fluffy end is about 2" inches wide with the leaves. Grows best in part sun during the intense summer heat. Can be floated or potted in pea gravel in the water. Grows best in water 12"-24" inches deep.
