This listing is for 50 stems of anacharis elodea. �The first picture shows me holding 50 stems of the plant so you can have an idea of size and color and quantity. �Pictures 2-5 show the plants on planted tanks.�

The Anacharis, also known as the Brazilian Waterweed, is an ideal aquatic plant for beginners. Beautiful light to bright green leaves, with branching stems covered in bunches of linear, whorled leaves. The Anacharis anchors itself in the substrate �but will also grow when floating freely. I�recommend�planting the stems in the substrate�to promote grow of the roots and then use cuttings as a floating plant

The Anacharis can be housed in tropical or cold water aquariums. When kept in a tropical aquarium, they require little �additions of fertilizer (I�recommend�Seachem Flourish�) and a moderate amount of light. The Anacharis is an excellent nutrient controller and oxygen producer for all types of freshwater aquariums and it is also a suitable plant for use in aquariums that house live-bearers �like Guppies, Mollies, Swordtails etc. It is an excellent plant to remove algae since it will consume large quantities of nutrients in a short time. Propagate by removing cuttings from mature, healthy plants. The Anacharis looks best when planted in groups along the back and sides of the aquarium.

Remember to take picture of as many plants as possible not just 1 or 3 stems. � Please do not delay on sending pictures of damaged plants or boxes. � DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK .
