Description

This auction is for a nice selection of my home grown aquatic plants. All plants are grown submersed, healthy, and most are relatively easy to grow. The plants are listed in corresponding order to the photos. This auction includes: 10 stems Hygrophila difformis (Water wisteria) This is a very decorative plant that will do well in moderate to high light with a rich substrate. It prefers having a decent current flow, so plant it near a filter return or something similar. 6 stems Hygrophila polysperma 'Tropic Sunset' This is a fast growing background plant that offers a unique appearance to any aquarium; does well in moderate to high light with a rich substrate. 1 plant Cryptocoryne undulata This plant will do well in low to moderate light planted in the foreground; great beginner plant. 1 heaping cup Riccia fluitans This plant does best if left floating on the surface with minimal surface agitation; makes a great hiding place for fry. Riccia can also be tied down to form a dense mat over driftwood; moderate to high lighting needed. 3 stems Bacopa monnieri Easy to grow with moderate to high lighting and a rich substrate. Bacopa makes a good background, or midground plant if kept trimmed. 4 stems Hemianthus glomeratus This graceful plant is well suited to the foreground of an aquarium, or even the background of a nano tank. It is fast growing, and easy to propagate once established. Moderate to high lighting is needed to achieve a "carpet look". That is a total of 24 stems/plants plus lots of Riccia-- 6 different species:) I will ship the plants on Tuesday via USPS to ensure they will reach you before the weekend. A heat pack will also be included at no extra charge, if needed. Please be sure someone is home to receive the package. **I'm sorry, but due to the California's Agricultural department I cannot not ship live goods to this state. If you place a plant order and have it shipped to CA, I cannot be held responsible for delays or confiscation of plants. Portions of HI also have Ag laws now also, so please check with you local Ag dept. if you live there prior to bidding. Thank you. Please let me know if you have any questions:)
