Description

This auction is for a nice selection of my home grown aquatic plants. All plants are grown submersed, healthy, and most are relatively easy to grow. The plants are listed in corresponding order to the photos. This auction includes: 1 small stem Hygrophila corymbosa; this is a super easy to grow plant that gets quite bushy and tall with adequate lighting; moderate to high lighting and a rich substrate is needed. 11 stems Hygrophila difformis (Water wisteria; this is a very decorative plant that will do well in moderate to high light with a rich substrate. It prefers having a decent current flow, so plant it near a filter return or something similar. 7 stems Hygrophila polysperma 'Tropic Sunset'; this is a fast growing background plant that offers a unique appearance to any aquarium; does well in moderate to high light with a rich substrate. 1 heaping cup of Riccia fluitans; this plant does best if left floating on the surface with minimal surface agitation; makes a great hiding place for fry. Riccia can also be tied down to form a dense mat over driftwood; moderate to high lighting needed. 1/2 cup Java moss; this moss is super easy to grow, and does well even in low light. It makes a great spawning surface for egg layers, and a great place for fry to hide. 1 small Cryptocoryne wendtii green; this plant will do well in low to moderate light planted in the foreground; great beginner plant. That is a total of 20 stems/plants plus lots of Riccia and java moss-- 6 different species:) I will ship the plants on Tuesday via USPS to ensure they will reach you before the weekend. A heat pack and insulated box will also be included at no extra charge. Please be sure someone is home to receive the package. **I'm sorry, but due to the California's Agricultural department I cannot not ship live goods to this state. If you place a plant order and have it shipped to CA, I cannot be held responsible for delays or confiscation of plants. Portions of HI also have Ag laws now also, so please check with you local Ag dept. if you live there prior to bidding. Thank you. Please let me know if you have any questions:)
