Description: This auction is for two pairs of Girardinus metallicus �Black�. These were raised in my fishroom. They are currently eating a variety of flake foods. They are approximately .5� in length. The photo is a representation of the fish or the parents of the fish that will be provided. More available at www.tristanstropicalfish.com. Water Conditions: These fish are currently being kept in water that is approximately 75 degrees Fahrenheit, TDS 250ppm, gH 6 and pH 7.2. Shipping Policy: Shipping is through FedEx, Priority Overnight, Second day or USPS flat rate. Second day shipments will depend on low temperatures at destination and arrival, lows must be above 40 degrees and highs below 95 in both locations for me to ship this method. I can delay second day shipments until weather warms up or cools. I ship Monday through Thursday, please let me know if a particular day works better for you. I reserve the right to postpone shipping if the low temperatures at origin or destination are below 10 degrees, highs above 95 or if there is inclement weather that would cause shipping delays. Packing: All packages will include an appropriate number of heat packs at no additional charge. The fish will be packed in a 1� Styrofoam insulated box. Live Arrival Guarantee: I guarantee live arrival on all FedEx shipments. There is no live arrival guarantee on USPS shipments. Please make sure you are home to receive the package, I do not require a signature, so the package will be delivered if you are not home. If you would prefer to have the package held at a local FedEx Facility, please let me know. DOA Policy: In the case of DOA (Dead on Arrival), please send me a photo of the deceased fish in the unopened bag. I must receive the photo within two hours of the fish arriving, otherwise I cannot offer a refund. The cost of the fish will be refunded to you via PayPal, I cannot refund the shipping cost.
