Description

Heterandia Formosa, least killifish. Collected from brackish water and transition to freshwater. Tanked for at least one week prior to shipping. I send more females than males, close to a ratio of 30:70 male to female. You can expect one or more females to be gravid upon arrival. They should give birth to live young within a few weeks. I send a variety of sizes including small individuals at least one week old. I send USPS on a Monday with professional shipping. I use a cold pack and insulation with plenty of water and stress coat. I use a high ratio for water to fish. Take photos of the packaging upon arrival and when opening in case the post office is late to deliver because this helps with a claim that I will file on your behalf if there is a problem. Please keep an eye on the tracking so that you can be there for the fishes arrival. These have been well received with buyers all over the country since I began selling them almost a year ago. They are delightful companions and do well in stillwater or a filtered system. Please let me know if you would like anything added to your order and I can update the invoice. For the 20 fish I ask for a flat rate of either $45 for a 12 lb box. I will calculate shipping and tell you the rate. If the actual rate is below $45 dollars then I will only ask for the actual shipping rate.
