FREE SHIPPING 48 States (Continental US), ALL Box Charges and Handling FREE and Included!These are RARE Endlers that were obtained from a friend in the Czech Republic. El Tigre are Poecilia wingei collected from the El Tigre stream in the Campoma region of Venezuela. The El Tigre stream is not connected to Laguna Campoma so the El Tigre belong to their own distinct population. All El Tigre found in the hobby today are descended from those collected by Phil Voisin (Philderodez). This strain is one of the more recent wild-type Endlers collected, the Campoma El Tigre. Once it was collected in 2011 by Philippe Voisin, his son, Frédéric Nicole, and another unnamed friend. Since then the strain was established and has then spread through Europe and then the U.S., Japan, and elsewhere. They have a distinct pure black vertical bar which extends through the dorsal fin. Many of the females have the darkened dorsal fin trait as well. There is also a bright orange-red marlings in the chest area. They are a very unusual colorful and active line of Endler, surprisingly a great beginners fish as well as a novelty for advanced aquarist collector. They hardly eat their fry. I have 1 pair at young breeder size up for sale almost the size of the actual fish shown in the photos for sale below. I'll include a few fry.
