Description

Shipping is $15 within US. Will not ship if destination daytime temperatures are below 40F without a heat pack (+$4). DOA policy: will refund cost of fish only (not shipping), and you must send me a picture of the fish in the unopened bag within an hour of arrival. Heterandria formosa are a US-native livebearer. These are not wild caught, but originate from wild stocks (US bred) and have no been housed with any other livebearers. They are easy to keep and breed. They are shy at first and prefer a planted aquarium. Max female size about 25mm, male about 15mm. Fish in the shipment will be smaller. The lot can include whatever male/female ratio you want. It is better to have more females (~2:1) best. I can send more fish upon request; shipping will be $20 for up to 12 fish, and the price is $2/fish. I also have a variety of rooted/floating plants that I can include in the same shipping box for $4/ea (Cabomba, Limnophilia, Anubias, Hornwort, straight and curly Val, java moss, pearl week, Cryptocoryne, and Elodea).
