I will be shipping in a styro lined box and if necessary, a 72 hour heat pack at no extra charge. These fish handle cold well, however, once your temps drop below freezing the risk increases. Up for auction are 8 Leptolucania omnata. These are sometimes called Pygmy Killifish. These will be small and I will include both sexes in your group. I am feeding these newly hatched brine shrimp. I have found that once settled in, Pygmy Killies will not only accept most small live foods but once settled in and acclimated to your tank will also finely crushed quality flakes as well. I prefer live foods for all of my wild fish. These tiny fish will do great in small, still tanks. They will not do well with larger fish that compete with them for food. Nor do they like fast moving water. They make GREAT tank mates for Pygmy Sunfish. The picture shows fish that I sold last year that were a bit larger than the ones I am offering here. These fish are healthy, eating, and thriving. It will be up to YOU to provide them with conditions to guarantee that they continue to do so.
