Description

Hi gals & guys, Gammarus are also known as Scuds, it's a shrimp-like crustacean, excellent scavengers and a very easy to culture live food for medium and large tropical fish. They will also clean the tank substrate, eat any left over fish food, detritus, algae and other microorganisms. The culture/colony is super easy to keep and breed, a small tank with good aeration is perfect, and sinking algae pellets are best to feed them and make them reproduce and thrive ; ). This offer is for 150+ gammarus and will include a small bunch of najas grass or hornwort for them to hold on too during shipment.
