Guppies of Flatcreek

Greetings Fellow Aquabid Member's� I call this the mystery guppy because it first appeared in the line breeding of Blue Grass. Where Blue Grass fry are normally bronze body colored these fry are grey bodied. So being a fish nut I gave them their own tank and let them mature and reproduce. Males have a blue neon stripe that continues into the tail. The rest of the tail being black which is also the color of the rest of it's finage. I am sure this variety has a name. In consulting with a few other guppy breeders the best anyone has come up with is it is some type of Asian Blue. By line breeding the Blue Grass the genetic diversity was narrowed and the strain appeared. This strain is very active, always on the move. And as one of the pictures shows. If spooked the males withdraw almost all of their color. In working with them so far newborn fry do not fair well exposed to the adults they are picked off pretty quick. I would enjoy being contacted by any member who could tell me the name of this variety ! As always the pictures are the actual guppies offered in this auction!
