We will do our best to support your aquatic pet needs! ALL ORDERS COME WITH A FREE SAMPLE OF OUR OMEGA ONE FISH FOOD PRODUCTS. All shipments for LIVE AQUATICS are shipped on Monday & Tuesdays, this is due to the frequent delays USPS is experiencing. To change the shipping method please message us with the information Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE-UNLESS YOU FILE THE CLAIM YOURSELF. Then it is at the discretion of the postal service.
