We will do our best to support your aquatic pet needs! ALL ORDERS COME WITH A FREE SAMPLE OF OUR OMEGA ONE FISH FOOD PRODUCTS. All shipments for LIVE AQUATICS are shipped on Monday & Tuesdays, this is due to the frequent delays USPS is experiencing. To change the shipping method please message us with the information Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE-UNLESS YOU FILE THE CLAIM YOURSELF. Then it is at the discretion of the postal service. I reserve the right to hold shipments if the weather is unsuitable for shipping for the health of the fish. My goal is to get your fish to you as fast as possible and in the best condition possible.
