Description

6 juvenile, unsexed multi's. They will range from 3/4" to 1". They will have developed the adult coloration(stripes). These are a really nice Tang to work with. Since they are colony breeders they are very tolerant of each other to the extent that there is little to no territorial violence. They stay small so a sizable colony can be maintained in a 20 gallon long. My current colony has 3 adult pairs and I estimate there are upwards of 60 fish total of various sizes. The young are largely ignored by the adult and juvenile fish so there are always young fish growing-out in the colony. I keep mine in hard Lake Erie tap water at 78 degrees. There is several inches of play sand as substrate and virtually the entire floor is covered with dozens of escargot shells. I feed mine Tetramin flake, frozen brine shrimp, chopped frozen bloodworms and an occasional squirt of live baby brine shrimp. I change 50% of the water weekly. Shipping is $15 non-refundable on top of the winning bid. This auction will ship Wednesday 5/27 so payment is due at the close of auction on Tuesday 5/26.
