This add is for one 8 inch Bumblebee Oscar. Much like other Oscar species, it is a large growing fish that will require a large tank. NOTE: IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW YOUR STATE AND LOCAL LAWS FOR OWNING THE ANIMALS YOU ARE PURCHASING. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ORDER ANIMALS WHICH ARE ILLEGAL IN YOUR STATE AND WHICH YOU DO NOT HOLD A PERMIT FOR. ORDERS ARE NOT SHIPPED DURING THE HOLIDAYS. SHIPPING WILL CONTINUE ONE WEEK AFTER A MAJOR HOLIDAY. DOA POLICY: In the unfortunate case of a death upon arrival, the animals will be replaced or refunded (SHIPPING NOT INCLUDED) under these conditions; 1) the package is accepted within 1 hour of the first delivery attempt 2) a notification within one hour of the first delivery attempt via email 3) 1 picture of the package BEFORE OPENING and 3 clear pictures of the dead animal in the UNOPENED container in the email (more pictures may be requested with a fin or tail cut off).
