As a result I take great care when packing your new fish to ensure their safe arrival. Because I am so careful with my packing, I guarantee that my fish will arrive alive. However, I do understand that sometimes things do happen therefore we have an arrival guarantee. If, despite all of my precautions, your fish arrives dead I will offer a refund or credit as long as certain criteria are met. I require a clear, time stamped photo of the dead fish still sealed in the bag. The photo must be time stamped within 2 hours of delivery. If the photo is unclear, the time stamp is missing, the photo is not within 2 hours or the bag is opened it will void the guarantee. The amount to be refunded or credited will not include your shipping costs.
