If, despite all of my precautions, your fish arrives dead I will offer a refund or credit as long as certain criteria are met. I require a clear, time stamped photo of the dead fish still sealed in the bag. The photo must be time stamped within 2 hours of delivery. If the photo is unclear, the time stamp is missing, the photo is not within 2 hours or the bag is opened it will void the guarantee. The amount to be refunded or credited will not include your shipping costs.
