Live Arrival Guaranteed, provided, they arrive within 2 days. In case of DOA, a full refund of purchase price will be given, excluding postage. Or I can send replacements, provided I have any. Buyer p[ays additional shipping. Two clear identifiable photos of dead fish still in bag and two outside of bag must be provided to me within 2 hours of delivery for Guarantee claims. I usually ship on Mondays and/or Tuesdays, weather providing. I will not ship if daytime highs at destination or origin are below 40 degrees, or above 90 degrees. Fish must be paid for by End of Day Friday in order to be shipped on Monday and/or Tuesday. The fish need to be prepped for shipping. I will ship them in an insulated box with heat pack, if needed.
