Horseface Loach Acantopsis choirorhynchos
Peaceful Ponies
Horseface loaches truly live up to their name- their elongate snouts make them ideal filter feeders for your peaceful community tank. They grow to about eight inches in captivity, and have a tendency to burrow when provided with a sandy substrate. Like many scaleless fish, they are sensitive to water parameters and would do best in an established aquarium. Given the right conditions, these unique looking fish are sure to entertain!
