These active little loaches sport dark stripes against a golden background along the entire length of their elongated bodies. Small and energetic, these fish make a lot of impact while taking up very little space (and bioload!). In large groups, their antics are guaranteed to entertain, and they will thrive in most aquariums with peaceful tankmates. Their diminutive size makes them an easy target, so be sure to keep them with companions that won't view them as a snack. These fish will thrive in a well-established aquarium, as they are sensitive to fluctuations in water chemistry.
