It is something that I cannot control, therefore I cannot hold responsibility for tail nipping. They will recover in a few days. o Picture and video of beautiful healthy bettas in the bag when I pack will be recorded. I do not ship out the injure bettas or I will email you about the damage before packing them. o All purchase is final. I do not accept return or exchange!!! Please, email me when you finished your purchases if you wished to combine the shipment. I only ship the fish on Monday to Wednesday in order to avoid the fish holding in the post office. The purchase after 5 PM Tuesday onward, the shipping day will be next Monday to avoid weekend pending and concern the betta safety and quarantine the fish.
