Description

This listing is for 5 sparkling gouramis, great nano fish. Shipping for this auction is $13. Please contact us if you would like a different quantity. Pictures are for reference only.

We ship Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, We keep our fish feedings on a shipping convenient time schedule, what this means in most cases if an auction is won on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and we can pack it and make it to the post office before 5pm PST, they will mail that day, or the following day. Please do not buy an auction if you are not prepared to receive fish.

(Note: we ship in the afternoons Pacific time, we will update you with a tracking number as soon as your order ships)

Payment
At this time we only accept Paypal payments, shortly after winning an auction or placing a Buy it Now, we will send you an invoice through Paypal.

Shipping
We use USPS to ship our packages. Our shipping costs include styrofoam lined boxes and heat packs when needed. The price you see for shipping is the price you pay. We can combine shipping for usually a couple dollars more per auction. Hawaii buyers please contact us before purchasing, Hawaii requires import permits on all livestock being imported into Hawaii

Live Arrival Guarantee
We do our best to get your fish to you alive, in the unfortunate event of a dead on arrival- Please within 2 hours of the USPS confirmed delivery time send us a photo of the dead fish in the unopened bag. We will either refund the cost of the fish and a portion of the shipping or we will replace the fish at our expense. We often send extra fish as an added bonus, these fish are not covered by our DOA policy. .PLEASE PROVIDE PICTURES IN EVENT OF DOA OR NO GUARANTEE
