Knight Goby Stigmatogobius sadanundio is a species of goby native to south Asia from India to Indonesia including Sri Lanka and the Andaman Islands. It can be found in mostly fresh waters (occasionally in brackish waters) of estuaries and the tidal zones of rivers. It can also be found in the aquarium trade. Females lack the longer fins and are yellowish in color. The Knight Goby prefers live food, but will take most commercially available formulations. The Knight Goby benefits from a fluctuation in temperature over a 24-hour period, with a lower temperature at night. They will tolerate temperatures between 20–26 °C (68–79 °F).    Jewel Cichlids Our wild caught Jewel Cichlids are gorgeous! They are still you and they have been acclimated to aquarium life. They are eating all types of prepared foods. These are best suited for a larger aquarium of 30 gal. or more. Jewel Cichlids are native to African rivers. They will reach a size of about 4". The fish in this auction will range in size from 2"-3". Add these beautiful medium sized fish to your aquarium today!   It is recommended that you add about a tablespoon of salt(non iodized)/gal. to your aquariums water to help fend off infections and disease. Your new fish will be shipped to you in styrofoam lined boxes for their safety.  We have had excellent success with this method of shipping.  Although the auction shipping method 'states' "One Day Shipping", your fish will be shipped via Priority Mail Interested in other items for your aquarium(s)?  Contact us!
