Doa policy- Should this product arrive with a problem please stop and follow these quick steps: 1) take 3 clear picture of problem fish in original sealed untampered bag with label facing out. (DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGING OR REMOVE PRODUCT FROM ORIGINAL BAG THIS WILL VOID YOUR GARUNTEE) 2) Send us the evidence within -1- hour of posted delivery time given via postal webpage 3) Once reviewed.we will message you within 24-48 hours with a solution and a new date for replacement order. 4)If customer violates any of these steps you will asked to pay full price for a new order *Note Customer will have to pay the new shipping charge for any contents in a doa order. We ship out orders the week following after receiving payment, meaning if you pay on Friday your fish will be shipped usally mon-wed of the following week. If you pay on a Monday we ship the following Monday-wed. All fish are packed in 3mm thick shipping bags, with oxygen and artisan well water with no harsh flourides or chemicals. All fish are fasted prior to shipping to ensure there is no added nitrates or ammonia build up during the shipping process. *If your weather is below 50 degrees we cannot offer live garuntee however if your order is paid for we will hold it untill a warmer date agreed upon by both us and the customer. *However Due to the covid impact on the postal services world wide your packages may take a little longer to reach it's destination. If there is a problem with your order due to postal issues, You the buyer accepts that we are not responsible for any doa or dead fish due to postal errors or late arrivals.
